Our organization was formed with the following goals & tenets. To unite in Brotherhood and to work towards improving, the Socio/Economic/Political state of the Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua and to maintain its improvements. To assure adherence to all of the treaties signed in the last 120 years, including the laws of Autonomy drafted and signed by the Central Government and to ensure equal representation and participation without limitations or restrictions to all that’s accorded by law and by the Nicaraguan Constitution.
The living condition on the Atlantic Coast is deplorable, demoralizing and critical, therefore we encourage all Costeños to come aboard as members and let their voices be heard loud and clear to help to put an end to the unconscionable and unbearable marginal standard of living on the Atlantic Coast. We have to put an end to this intolerable injustice. This is a travesty that needs immediate rectification. Click here for an article in the Miami Herald that serves as an example.
